We hear the term “superfoods” all the time, but are they super enough to help hair grow? The answer is a resounding yes! Foods like quinoa, avocado, spinach, and all greens come to mind—and these delicious, nutrient-heavy foods can help us with our lash goals. Therefore, it should be the base of your hair-loving superfood bowl! Throw in the usual avocado and spinach and add some chickpeas and broccoli as well for higher amounts of protein. Want some crunch? Top off your bowl with sunflower seeds, which are rich in vitamin E.

  • Quinoa
  • Spinach
  • Chickpeas
  • Broccoli
  • ½ avocado
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Olive oil + lemon
