My name is Sura Khudairi, and I am the founder of SURTURBAN. My passion for creating beautiful, practical turbans, chemo caps, and ready‑to‑wear head covers comes from my older sister, Uns. Her courageous journey through cancer taught me to cherish life moment by moment.
When Uns lost her hair during chemo, she searched for a unique head cover—a stylish pre‑tied turban—but couldn’t find one that felt right. So I made her one. That first chemo-friendly turban, designed for comfort and ease, sparked the creation of SURTURBAN.
After her most recent relapse, she reminded me to find laughter every day, because no one knows what tomorrow holds. We laughed our way to the hospital—that spirit of joy and resilience now lives in every piece we make.
